Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@ersintl.org.
• For a full refund you must cancel your registration not less than 31 days prior to the start of class.
• Cancellations received 30 days or less from the start of the program will not receive a refund.
• Failure to attend (no shows) will result in loss of your tuition.
• If for any reason ERSI must cancel a course, you will receive a full refund. In the event of cancellation, we will notify all registrants as early as possible but assume no liability for expenses incurred by the registrant up to the time of the course.
• ERSI makes every effort to be as accurate as possible on our website and in the registration process but cannot guarantee an error-free experience. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and modify your registration (including corrections to pricing) or to cancel your registration and refund any amount charged. In any such case, you will be notified via email.

Prerequisite(s)

• You acknowledge that you meet all the prerequisites that are listed in the course description.
• Failure to meet the prerequisites may prevent you from participating in the program.
